While You Are Waiting

Service Description

Have you found yourself in the waiting rooms of life and growing a bit weary? Perhaps you prayed, and are now waiting for the right person to marry, for the right job to come along, to conceive a child, for healing in your body, for your prodigal child to come back to the Lord, for a change in your finances. We all are acquainted with waiting, as it is a part of life. So, what do you do when you are in a hurry, but God is not? Waiting rooms can make us feel helpless, however in the hands of God they are not useless. In moments of life, when we need to see the Lord move, and yet nothing is happening—this is often when God does His best work inside of us. Let's come together, and strengthen and encourage one another, at this retreat. We will discuss the lessons we can learn while waiting, the changes that can happen in our prayer life, and the transformation that can happen within us. There will be spaces for you to be alone to pray, have quiet reflection, and journal. The day includes lunch, snacks, and beverages. $80 per person For 6 attendees Date: October 19th, 2023 Time: 9:00-4:00
